Calm Your Mind

Spring Equinox Module | March 21, 2025

This phase of our seasonal journey is all about staying present, quieting your thoughts, and creating space for peace through mindful painting exercises, breathing techniques, mantras, and gentle pattern interrupts.

These practices, supported by painting, will help you:

  • Shift out of stress responses

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Ease anxious thoughts

  • Build a foundation of inner stillness

  • Create a state of calm awareness

  • All while enjoying the soothing comfort of watercolor painting.
