This course unfolds in harmony with nature, with each module released on the equinoxes and solstices, mirroring the shifts in energy that each season brings. Just as the earth cycles through renewal, growth, release, and rest, you’ll move through this path—learning to Calm your Mind, Connect with Your Body, Open your Heart, and Awaken your Spirit.

Alongside watercolor painting, you’ll be guided through nervous system regulation techniques designed to ease stress, restore balance, and support deep relaxation. Through breathwork, visualization, vagus nerve stimulation, and other calming practices, you’ll learn how to regulate your energy and create a sense of inner peace.
