Together, we will walk through my entire creative and spiritual process. Learning to paint, in my philosophy, isn’t just about technical knowledge. It’s also about quieting the mind and feeling your way through. As you let the materials do the work, you’ll learn to let go of your need to control the outcome and, instead,  surrender to the creative process, allowing your soul to tell its story.

Together, we will walk through:

  • Beginning with a guided meditation to help you let go and surrender to the process

  • Creating a floral bouquet using one color and all of the techniques you learned

  • Entering a deep flow state through a sacred circle painting

  • Filling your page with leaves and florals while practicing intuitive brushwork

  • Creating your large-scale “Let Go” master painting.

  • Using templates to transform your paintings into abstract cutouts, cards, and bookmarks
